Leadership
Wells Global was established in June 1999 when founder, Mark Carter, set out to launch a company that would provide long-term clients with quality service by a trusted partner. Wells Global would offer a high level of communication to all projects—large and small—and would provide employees the opportunity for meaningful contribution while building their career alongside peers who value their growth, success and personal interests.
With a look toward growth and longevity at Wells Global, Heather Denny came on board in 2018, becoming partner in 2019. Jon Gott joined the company in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science (BS), Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. During his tenure at Wells Global, Jon has progressed through the organization becoming partner in 2023.
